I have a couple of questions related to physicians who see the patient in their homes:

How many times can a Medicare patient be seen within a month for home physicians with the MD getting reimbursed? (heard it was 1x per month but can't find a reference)
If another home physician has already seen the patient and a different home physician goes the next week, how does Medicare decide who gets paid if it is just 1x per month?
