Can anyone tell me about this code? If I am reading documentation properly the 95806-TC should be billed the night the patient does the study with place of service home. . 95806-26 should be billed as office the date the Dr interprets. However, the office is scheduling a followup visit a 7-14 days after to discuss findings with the patient. Is it OK to bill a 95806-26 and then a follow up or would it be part of the follow up visit? I am thinking its ok based on what I am reading, but would love to have some feedback on this.
