Need input on billing home sleep study to commercial payers. The equipment belongs to provider; the patient takes it home. We give instructions and training. We do both interpretation (professional component) and the technical component. Do we use CPT 95806 without modifiers 26 and TC, with POS 12 home? Thanks.
