We have a psychologist who is wanting to do home visits. Looking for advice if this is possible and how to code. She is also asking if there is a code for travel time. She also wonders about seeing the patient via Telemedicine when the patient is at home and not at a clinic. These would mainly be Medicare patients. Any advice is much appreciated.
