hello all,
we are FQHc and we do some home visit. we are using 99347-99450 CPT code and POS as home. but my question is what facility should we need to bill ? do we bill the facility where provider usually see the patient ( clinic address) or do we use any mobile units address if we have bus which we can take places to see patients.
please help.
