I think I already know the answer to this, but my boss wants me to give it a shot, so here goes:
Similarly to 99201/99211, can an RN visit a patient's home, evaluate the patient, and use 99341/99347?
If yes, does it require a plan of care and/or standing order from a supervising physician?
I have read Medicare CR4212, which seems to indicate not RNs are NOT billable for this service, but I have to do my due diligence
