Tufts is denying all claims with G0299 and G0300 indicating HIPPS and/or Value Codes. I'm fairly new to HomeCare and haven't run into this. I reached out to Tufts and their customer service agent sent it for review and indicated it will take 30+ days. In the interim, does anyone have insight where/how these are entered? Thanks in advance.
