Anyone receiving Not medically necessary denials from Horizon by the boat load for 29880, 29881?
 

What was the age of the patient? What else was done during the case?

What is the date range of the claims, when did it start? Do you have a new coder or has anything else changed? New provider?

These are all some questions to ask when seeing something like this.
