I have a patient that has been on hormonal therapy for their breast cancer since 2021. They just took a break from the therapy due to some issues for ONE month and will be resuming this month. My question is, can I add the dx Z79.811 during this month break? Or do I wait a certain time frame when they are back on the therapy? I have read guidelines and googled and have come up empty on answers!

Any help with would greatly appreciated!
