A physician made written notes as follows:

Long talk with wife; home care with Hospice now being considered. Still don't have code status settled. She will talk to his son. Will start Vanco, impericallly. Today CXR shows L lung tumor - but nothing new.

He would like to code out the highest possible CPT, but I'm not getting anything out of this but CXR reviewed. Can I code for discussion with wife? Is there anything to code with this hospital progress note????
