Good Morning All,

I am hoping to find someone that has experience with Hospice billing. My division has Nurse Practitioners that go into Nursing Facilities to see patients. My question is are the Nurse Practitioners able to see see a patient for FOLLOW UP of Transition of Care?? Hope Someone Can Help! Thank you!
 
Seeing the patient and billing for the service are two different things. I am assuming you meant billing for the service.

Once a patient is in hospice, anything related to hospice is provided by the hospice company.
