Morning. Can someone give me some insight on IP hospice coding?? If a patient in the hospital and is transferred to pallative care and our doctors still round on the patient do we still code subs. visits?? do we do a discharge from the IP pos and then do a new h&p for the new pos like we would for rehab and mental health??:confused:
