If a patient was admitted on 07/12 had an ICD implant on 07/18 and discharges 07/19 but there was complications to the ICD and he was re-admitted on the same day (07/19) ---does all subsequent visits in the hospital have to be bundled or because he was discharged and re-admitted & there was a complication to the ICD can we bill the visits with a 24 mod??
