Hello. I need help with some coding. We had a mom come in who was 38 weeks in her pregnancy. The cord collapsed and they did an emergency C-Section, got the baby out and worked extensively with CPR to revive the baby to no avail. Would this baby be considered an inpatient or ER? What codes would I use for 99460?
