Doc A sees our newborns in the am and charges a Subsequent visit. (99462)
Doc B sees the newborns in the evening and decides he/she can be discharged this evening. (99238) Can both Docs charge for their own services on the same day? or do we need to charge 99239 and only one Doc gets the credit??

With time documentation for dc 99239 that is what should be combined with the sub visit and billed under Dr B (if of course they are working in the same group)
