hospital consult or subsequent hospital care?

Scenario: established pt is seen by our specialist in the office for anemia, but is admitted to the hospital for an unrelated problem. admitting physician request a consult from our physician regarding the anemia we are already treating. Would this be billed by our physician as a hospital consult or subsequent hospital care?
