Hi,
I have some questions about IV hydration procedure.

1) Patient has IV hydration (saline 1000 ml) from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm for dehydration and doctor ordered antibiotics for 30 mintues from 11:00-11:30 am and 2 IV pushes.
Is this IV hydration is concurrent procedure and can't code? or I can code for 7 hours IV hydration (total 8 hours - 30 minutes IV infusion = 7 hours)?

2) 1 liter NSS + 10 meq kcl + 16 meq magnesium sulfate 500 ml IV - Can I code IV infusion or IV hydration?

3) NS 900 ml infused intraperitoneal post Chemo infusion for 1 hour - I can't find in CPT.
will I code with unlisted procedure?

Your advice will be highly appreciated.
Kim
