We have a hospital billing ICU nursing services under REV code 410 for services provided on a third party ambulance transport to the hospital the nurses are employed at, where patient is admitted as inpatient ICU? The nursing charges are submitted on the same claim as the other inpatient charges. What is the correct way to bill for this scenario? Thanks
