Wiki Hospital system billing for ASC

I am with a payer and I have a hospital system that owns an ASC. They are billng on a UB-04 but are using bill type 131 instead of 831. I also just found out that they should be billing a different revenue code for services in a free standing ASC (490). Can anyone help me with this? I am just trying to confirm my findings.
