Hospital visit after an unplanned home birth

I have a patient who delivered at home and was then transported by ambulance to the hospital where she was seen by the OB. She was discharged the same day. She did not see this doctor for antepartum or postpartum care.
Would I code this with an E/M for an inpatient visit?

Was it an ob triage visit or an inpatient visit? Just bill the E/M and don't forget the ICD10 code Z39.0
