Can someone help me. I was looking at an admission H&p summary. Date admitted is, 09/12/2009. At the bottom below the signature it has
DD (date dictated) 09/13/2009 and DT 09/14/2009.

The date dictated is the actual day the pt was seen right?
 
not necessarily... dd is just date dictated.. does not mean the date the physician saw the patient. He could have seen him on the 12th and dictated on the 13th....
