I have a hospitalist to bill a Critical Care cpt 99291-25 with cpt 36620 Arterial Cath and cpt 36556 insertion of central cath. Medicare has bundled the 36556 and 36620 although CCI edits show they can be billed together. Any suggestions on getting this coded to pay ?? :rolleyes:
