I am wanting to get an idea of what to ask for a position that is being offered to me. I have been a physician coder in a medium size practice for a little over 3 yrs. The job I am looking at getting is remote coding as the sole coder for the plastic surgeons in a large hospital. Please help with some help and knowledge from all the wonderful coders out there. Thank you!!;)
