Hello, I need some opinion about starting hourly rate.
I'm trying to set starting rate for new hires, but has no idea what is a reasonable rate.

We are a dermatology group located in Queens, NY.
We have 4 locations and 9 providers.
I would like to start with $18/hour with 1 year healthcare experience. (not as a biller nor with certificate)
Do you think it's too low?
I don't want a candidate think that my offer is too low and turn down our offer.
Please share your rate if you're in this location.
