Wiki How do I code biopsies taken with EGD dilation?

Pt had a EGD with balloon dilation Dr. states " mulitple biopies taken proximal esophagus, mid esophagus and distal esophagus." I have used the 43249 and 530.3 for the dilation what dx do i use for the biopsy? Indications are dysphagis and diarrhea. Hilatal hernia also found.

I would code the biopsy as 43239, if it states cold biopsy performed.
43239 dx: 787.20, 787.91. 553.3
43249-59 dx 530.3

Biopsies should be coded by the technique used. i.e snare, hot forceps, etc.
