Hi, How do you code administration if 2 single component vaccine are given to children.
For eg Flu vaccine and HPV vaccine given.
Is it 90460 and 90461?

Each vaccine administration is 90460 if counseling of the vaccine was provided by a QHP. Otherwise, 90471 and 90472. You would only use 90461 if the vaccine has more than 1 component, like MMR (90460 for measles, 90461 x2 for mumps and rubella).
