How do you code for 67904 on both eyes? Modifier 50 is not eligible and the MUE is only one.

Depends on the payer.. I think Medicare should accept 50 mod? For other payers try to use the eyelid modifiers. E1-E4. They're more specific than LT RT.

It is Medicare but per my encoder, it states that modifier 50 is not eligible. Also the MUE is only 1.
