Patient had a dog bite one year ago that was repaired with a skin graft. She now has contour deformity of that area and patient desires improvement.
Left cheek where the posterior border of the junction between the normal cheek skin and skin graft was incised through the dermis and into subcu. tissues where thin cheek flaps were elevated in a posterior direction. After undermining was performed, a set amount of skin graft was excised, it measured 5 cm by 2.5 cm. Primary repair was then performed.
