I am trying to code a surgery for a Bicoronal incision for exscision of frontal scalp arteriovenous malformation. Can anyone help with this?:eek:

For an accurate response to surgical/procedural coding questions, please post the scrubbed operative note.

Also, I suggest you use a title that is more descriptive than "how do you code this" ... perhaps "HELP - excision of frontal scalp malformation"
