Our provider office preforms newborn 2nd & 3rd PKU in our provider office, by completing a PKU screening card with a heal poke and we send it to the Health Department. Can we bill S3620 to the insurance? Or is it for only the Hospitals and midwives? Do I bill 36416 & 84030? But we didn't run any tests? Just want to check with my coder peeps.
