We are keeping in basement storage our old Mediciad claims, over 7 years now. Does anyone know what is the minimum time to keep these?
 
It6 depends on your state's record retention laws. Since they are claims they may fall under the financial regulations rather than Medical Record regulations. The time period may be the same, but check with your state.
