Hello,

I am curious to find out what the expectations are for other auditors out there who audit E/M services. How many are you expected to audit per hour/day? No surgical, just E/M. Trying to get a baseline, not necessarily for setting a productivity standard.

I recently purchased a benchmark guide from American Institute of Healthcare Compliance (AIHC), www.aihc-assn.org. I have not read it yet, but it was only $15 at the time I bought it, and it is supposed to give you the benchmarks for measuring Chart Auditing and Productivity.
