1) Does anyone know how many HCPCS codes have been approved by CMS for hospitals to charge in addition to their DRG payments?

2) In addition to these CMS approved HCPCS items for hospitals to charge, are there a lot of times when hospitals would able to charge the private payers for the items that do not have the HCPCS codes? :)
