If I'm coding for the facility cath lab. How many injections can I list? For example, if the physician performs a Right and Left heart cath and injections the aorta (via angiogram) twice and the LA(via angiogram) once can I enter 93567 twice or once. Why or Why not? I await your response. Thanks
