Hi,

I need to find out if there are any coding consultants out there and how much you charge for just E/M and procedure coding.

I had an internal medicine physician reach out to me asking how much I would charge to assign E/M codes and some procedure codes. I provide billing and coding services and we usually charge a percentage based on collections but have never done just coding without billing.

Can someone please tell me if you charge per chart or per code?
