If a physician performs nonvascular ultrasounds of both legs (real-time w/image documentation) how should this be coded as the RT, LT modifiers are being rejected?

Sometimes it depends on the carrier; You might try modifier -50.

76880-50 x 1 only (increase price for both extremities)
