Can anyone tell me if they are having problem getting avastin paid when you bill the patient over 99 units? I have been having issue with south carolina medicaid not paying for my avastin that we give that is over 99 units they say they will pay up to 99 unit but when we bill 110 units which the patient recieved 1100mg of avastin they are denying the charge for too many units. We have been snding in documents but that not helping. Do anyone has any suggestions on how i can get the remaining 11 units paid when we bill 110 units?
