how to bill bilateral ureteral stone treatment

The doctor performed cysto, with ureteroscopy; with lithotripsy of stone(right and left) and insertion of indwelling ureteral stent on the left and right, the correct code is 52356 which can not be billed as bilateral(50 modifier) How can I bill and get reimbursed for the procedure being performed on each side?
