We have a case where the physician went in and viewed only the coronary grafts. We did not do A Left Heart Cath or a Coronary Cath. How would we bill?
 
Only to view graft

The 93455 code implies "with catheter placement" I am having the same issue of identifying a code only to report the injection of contrast to view the graft for stenosis... Anybody know? Is this just no longer a reportable procedure?
