I am billing for Infectious Disease and my Physician is starting new infusion center. I have few questions on how to bill this to Medicare.
Pt need to be infused 1 gm of Vanco or Rocephine drug daily for 2 weeks. Patient will come to office every other day to have change the bottle. What codes I will bill. So when he come to office I will bill 1 gm but can we bill for other 1 gm what he take to home? even though pt went home, can we bill for the days when did not came to office as we have already given him drug for that day.
