Hi, could anyone please advise how to code 'Acute bronchitis with acute bronchiectasis'? I have seen two options:
1) J47.0, J20.9 or
2) J47.0

Under Bronchitis-Acute-Bronchiectasis there's a code J47.0, why do we need to code J20.9? Very confused.
