Looking for any information on how to code for administration of Survanta in NICU, please?
Patient with Respiratory Distress, Survanta given slowly in 6 equal aliquots. MAC closed suction catheter used.

I searched so many key words in CPT with no satisfactory description.

Hi, look at code 94610 but note that this is bundled into daily critical care. The code is reported per dosing episode. I hope that helps. Cindy
