how to code amputation 2 fingers for medicare.

I coded amputation of ring and small finger of left hand as follows: 26951- F3, and 26951-59-51-F4 for medicare. Is this appropriate? I would appreciate any advice here. Thanks.

My understanding is that you don't need the mod 59 or the 51 because you have the F modifier which tells medicare which fingers the procedures were done
