Hi all ,

I need help to understand the following scenario:
pt came in ER for fracture treatment. Patient was put in Long/Short cast by the resident without the attending present. Pt was advised to follow up with attending at his office. Pt presents to the office and was just given advise on how to take care of the cast and return for follow up after some time. How will the first follow up visit will be coded by the attending where he was just advised how to take care of the cast and note provided to stay away from GYM for the school.

Please HELP !!!!
