Hi,

This is hospital outpatient chemotheraphy setting.
My doctor's note are "1000 Mitomycin C 40 mg instilled into the bladder via the foley luer lock port, (to dwell x 2 hours)"...

Please let me have administration CPT code for Mitomycin intravesicular infusion.
What about 2 hours?? Do I need additional CPT code?
Your advice will be much appreciated.
