THE BASE OF THE HEMORRHOID WAS DELIVERED UPWARD AND OUTWARD, THE BASE OF THE RHOID WAS THEN LIGATED WITH A 2-0 CHROMIC STITCH. tHE RHOID WAS REMOVED WITH CAUTERY CURRENT AND BLEEDERS WERE CONTROLED WITH CAUTERY AND THE PREVIOUSLY PLACED STITCH WAS THEN RUN OUT ONTO THE SKIN SURFACE WITH A RUNNING LOCKING STITCH.
