Hi,
How would you code this particular cath?
-LHC with ventriculography
-Left coronary angiography
-Right coronary angiography
-intervention on mid RCA; balloon angioplasty, thrombectomy, stent.
-intervention on proximal RCA; thrombectomy, stent.
-intervention on distal RCA: balloon angioplasty.

Help. how would you code this?
