Hi,

Does anyone know how to use the 2013 HCPCS books to find answers to questions on what's covered
things related to HIPPA
what's covered by Medicare
covered entities?

I'd like to learn how to use my HCPCS books to look up these sort of questions.
I'll be retaking my CPC exam in 2 weeks & want to be more prepared.

As a general guideline, I suggest becoming very familiar with the introductions of all your coding books. As you know, there are several notes, marks, and symbols all over the place in coding books, and the introduction is where you find them. "What's covered things related to HIPAA" is not a clear enough question for me to take a stab at. Good luck on your test!
