My patient was pregnant with twins, delivered twin A on 7/29 and then had an OB Ultrasound on 7/30. I am wondering how to bill 651.03 us twin pregnancy, so would I now bill 651.33 for twin pregnancy with loss of one fetus and retention of one fetus? thanks.
