Extraction of hematoma rt forehead - Curvilinear incision is made overlying the hematoma at the upper half of this lesion. A very large firm clot is extracted. sutures with 4-0 prolene sutures. size of lesion is 6 x 10 cm. It does hardly seem like it should be an incision & drainage 10140, but it is not a benign lesion either. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
